Less than an hour from Manhattan, Pierson Lakes is a private residential community set within more than 1,000 acres of preserved landscape in New York’s Hudson Valley. Here, winding roads disappear beneath a canopy of mature trees, two pristine lakes reflect the surrounding mountains, and homes are given something increasingly rare: room to breathe.
Established in 1989, Pierson Lakes was envisioned as a community that would live in harmony with its surroundings rather than compete with them.
